5 Hour Mandatory Continuing Education Class for your 2026 License Renewal for P1, P3, P9, J1 and J3 License Holders

Classes are held in person at 233 Mill St, Waterbury, CT 06706. Classes runs 8am - 1pm unless otherwise stated. No walk-ins allowed.

Tuition: $135.00 plus book(includes coffee break)

Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Required Items for 2026-2027 Continuing Education that MUST be presented upon Check-in:


  • >2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC) you may bring a digital copy that is on either a tablet or a laptop only. You are NOT allowed to bring a code book on your cell phone.

  • Photo ID

  • Plumbing License

  • A functioning calculator, not on your phone.

The State of Connecticut DOES NOT ACCEPT admittance into class after 8:10 AM. All Students arriving after 8:10 AM will have to reschedule their course to another date.

If you do not have the required materials you will NOT be permitted into the class, you will be required to reschedule.
